Bellissimo Artemis Wedding Album – Wedding Photographer Cwmbran
Here is a short video that I made to show off one of my available wedding albums. It’s a copy of the Loxley Bellissimo Artemis album that I designed for Amy & Dan Hardy a couple of weeks ago. Their actual album has their names etched into the leather cover instead of Dave Powell Photography obviously. My ego isn’t that big!
I always try and stress to my customers and potential customers the importance of ordering a wedding album. I understand that not everyone can afford to add an album to their wedding package when they book me as their wedding photographer cwmbran and that is why I offer a ‘USB Only‘ package. With the cost of the modern wedding increasing year on year a lot of my couples decide to book the basic package with a view to ordering an album once the finances recover. I will however ensure that I send a friendly reminder to the newlyweds a while after the wedding, encouraging them to have a look at some of the album options.
Just for the record, I must say that this is not a way for me to make money, far from it. I try and keep my albums as affordable as possible with a view to getting as many of my customers as I can supplied with the perfect wedding memento. OK yes, I do want my customers to show their friends but that’s not the only reason.

Wedding photographers work hard on the wedding day and we always make sure that we supply as many photos as humanly possible to the bride and groom. They have all these photographs given to them, fully edited and without watermarks and they can print or share them to their hearts content. Without supplying an album however, we alway feel that the bride and groom aren’t quite getting the finished package. The album is our piece of finished, tangible art and we probably have more input during the design than at any other stage of the wedding.
Giving the edited photographs to a newly married couple is one of the most satisfying moments that I have had in any part of my career. Giving them a finished album knowing that it will be given to their ancestors generations from now, is something else.
The album in the video is a 10″ x 10″ album with a leather case. The smaller one is a ‘pocket’ album of the same design. They’re hand made in Scotland by Loxley Colour and the quality is phenomenal. There is no question that it will last and retain its impressive looks for many years. If you would like to see some albums, let me know.
